Jinx! You Owe Me A Coke

Welcome to my little piece of the web! I am quite proud of it! lol  Obviously it is still under construction, especially since I'm switching over to Freewebs from Geocities, and giving it a new look at the same time! So I've definitely got my hands full with it! Check back every now and then to find out what's new and improved!

D-DAY!!!! Geocities is officially scrapped!  I couldn't think of what else to copy and make sure I keep before, but now that it's gone, I'm sitting here wondering why I didn't save more!  I'll never see my Geocities website EVER AGAIN... Again... again... again...! It's crazy!! Too crazy! Hopefully I'll be able to remember all the captions on all the misc pics and any other random shit that didn't occur to me to save  I must say though, I am glad that I actually caught it! It would have REALLY sucked balls if Geocities had closed down without me knowing and I would have lost alllllllllllll>>>>>> of those pictures!!!!!!  I can't even think about that... ANYWAYS... two jobs... Halloween... no time!! So hopefully I'll be back into finishing my site sometime in November... before Thanksgiving preferrably lol We'll see... ;P

DooooooD!! I haven't really been in the picture-posting-mood lately, and seeing as the last date on my last update was over a month ago, I think it's about time to force myself! Especially since I just remembered that Geocities' closing date is the 26th of this month! *chews nails* I think, at this point in time, it seems I will be nixing my Anime section, my Funny Stuff section, the Quiz Results section, and Illusions page... not like they were too popular anyways *shrugs* Besides, if I were to update my anime section with all of my favs, it would be waaaaaaaay too image heavy and ginormous in general! So we'll let that one slide... lol I'm going to eventually resurrect my "funny stuff" section with all of the hilarious bumper stickers I'm collecting on the Myspace application, so that's not really a loss either... aaaannddd..... I think that's about it for now... I'm working 7 days a week right now, so whenever I get a few puny hours of rest, I'll try picking up where I left off with my Present and Misc pictures sections! Until then... *ta*

I finished Holidays!! *does anyone else hear angels singing?* lol ;P I'm so ready to >>  And I'm not even completely done with pictures yet!!  I still have Present and Miscellaneous to do, and Present is the section with MOST of the un-cropped pics...  lol I've decided to make Misc. it's own section, with sub-sections so it'll be easier to sift through... don't know if that's going to make my job harder or easier... *shrugs* We'll see though, I guess... Hope I finish before 2012... wouldn't want to leave behind an unfinished website when we all die in armageddon LMAO ;P

More picture pages done... I finished Weddings, there were only two, and now I'm going to focus on Birthdays and Holidays  I'm going to save Present for last as my pictures are a bit disorganized on Photobucket so that'll help organize as I go!

Speaking of Photobucket, I've finally found out what the limit is for free accounts *boo* Though I can't really complain, I have a SHITLOAD of pics on one account, so it's certainly worth it! I'll just have to have two accounts dedicated to pics now... 

ANYWAY...! Adding pictures is beginning to get boring, lol, so sometime in the near future I may take a break and start fiddling with another section of my site  We'll see though... I really REALLY want to be done with the pictures!!

I added a Contact section, so people can send me a message, ask me a question, or let me know about some failure on my site. No one's ever used it, but at least it'll be there just in case *shrugs* Back to the tedious labor though...

Took a whole week, but I finally finished the "Past" section of Memories! *woo*  I'm estimating that I'm about half-way done with all the pictures now; that's of course, rounding up lol *crosses fingers* It's uber tedious, and that's what kills me, but if anyone can handle tedious bullshit, it's me!  lol SO... hopefully in another week, I'll have all the picture pages done! *knock on plastic* Here's to rounding up!!

With only about two months left before Geocities closes, I'm a bit upset with myself for ignoring this for so long without working on it at least a wee bit! *slaps hand* Naughty!  But to make up for it, I'm determined to work on my website ALL NIGHT LONG!! 

I've been getting back into the magical side of life lately, so I'll definitely (FINALLY) be creating a section for all that jazz, and I've also decided to add an actual Arts & Crafts section to showcase all the nifty crafty shiznot I've made! My crafts are all over the house, so I thought it'd be nice if I could show it off somewhere! 

Neither of those will probably be what I work on tonight though; my goal, until Geocities closes, is to transfer my existing website over... So it's back to work on pictures!!
 

Currently, I'm sifting through all of my quotes to get them a wee more organized, and then I'll be moving on to my Stories/Poems page. I've decided to let my quiz results go, along with my illusions, and proooooobably my Funny Stuff page (I'll more than likely add my favorites to a photobucket and keep them for a *bigger* "Funny Stuff" page to come way later on ) And I'm still on the fence as to whether to keep my Anime section... I probably will, simply because I want one, and I won't want to have to completely create one from ashes if I do end up being too lazy to save what I have now *shrugs* SO... finish up with the quotes... transfer the stories and poems... and probably transfer my anime gallery (unless I decide to simply save the pics to a photobucket for a rainy day) and that'll be it for everything but pictures! They're going to take up the most time, so hopefully I can get back to them shortly here after I finish cleaning up what little else is left to be moved!  

I CAN'T WAIT TILL I'M DONE!!!!

*NEWS FLASH* Geocities put out a notice saying that they're 'closing' sometime "later this year" so it's a good thing I already planned to move over to Freewebs *rolls eyes* Now I'm on a time limit and I don't even know exactly when my deadline is! *faints* So I'm focusing on the important stuff first, which is why pictures will be up before anything else! I've moved all of my pictures to a photobucket account (if any of them get deleted because of 'innappropriate' content I'm gonna open a can of whoop-ass!! ) so I'll be able to link them out; it will allow the pages to load faster and the bandwidth of my site won't get eaten up after viewing only 3 or 4 pages   Or this is the goal anyway lol So here's to hoping that by 'later this year' means December 31st!!

Check out the awesome widgets I got!!  Friggin' Presidential Paintball!!! So fucking sweet!  I also got an Obama bobble head!  How awesome is that?!? HOOHA! lol I'm in widget heaven right now  For real! *giddy* Ok but anyways, so far I've finished my About Me page. Had to be tweaked a little because of differences between Freewebs and Geocities, but ah well, it's still all good :) I'm constantly finding new gadgets here on Freewebs as well, so I'm feeling very hopeful for this site's move  (I'm such an emote whore lol) But I'm finally taking a break, so that's it for now. Enjoy :)

So I randomly decided that since I moved my Dolls section over to Freewebs, and I'm using it more with other websites I'm creating, I might as well make the BIG move and bring my main website on over to join the party lol Honestly, I hope I'm actually into moving my website until I finish x_x This is going to take a while @_@ But speaking of emotes, lol, I'll probably go ahead and use the Jasper emotes I made for SMIRK... just a heads up... *taps chin* I don't really have any other news as of right now, I'll update as I finish moving certain pages/sections to keep you up to date  << haha love it!
